Listings are attractively presented in a choice of either Form View or Table View formats. Automotive service records are normally ordered by date and record of mileage; notations of cost, where service was performed, and comments may be included. A Print dialogue window offers the opportunity to Preview on-screen the appearance of a printed report. Records may be printed out in an attractive graphics-created text report. Print output, when selected, is sent to any Windows(tm)-compatible graphics printer. The report is primarily intended as an enhancement feature at the vehicle's resale or trade event; a copy of all service records may then be presented to the new owner or dealer in a format indicative of accurate scheduled/additional maintenance that was performed.
